Dale has worked in the music industry for over 15 years. Starting in event organisation and shifting into artist management, he's experienced a dizzying amount during his time. From gunshots being fired into the ceiling inside clubs during the 'Gunchester' era, through to his roster of acts winning awards and performing around the globe.
